Easy to coordinate, pick up and return to Apgar Village. Knowledgeable staff. Great E-bikes. Durable and the battery lasted all day. We rode the Fish Creek trail, then the West Glacier around Belton Bridge (is beautiful-recommend this trail (saw 3 deer), and saw the shops, visitor center and Fredas for lunch. It went 30mph on the return from Pole Lodge.

Response from the owner:Thank you for the fantastic five-star review, A. Sage Renegade. We are glad pickup and return at Apgar Village were easy and our team was helpful. It is great to hear the e-bikes were durable, the battery lasted all day, and you enjoyed riding Fish Creek and the beautiful West Glacier route around Belton Bridge where you spotted deer. We appreciate the trail recommendation and are happy you had a nice lunch and time in the shops and visitor center. We look forward to welcoming you back for another ride.

They were very accommodating when we needed to reschedule our kayak rentals due to bad weather. The kayaks and equipment were in good shape and the lake is beautiful! We enjoyed our experience.

We had an amazing experience renting e-bikes through Flathead Outdoors in the West Glacier area! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Kyle and his staff were incredibly informative, making sure we felt comfortable and confident before heading out. They took the time to explain everything and gave us great tips for the ride. My girl and I had an absolute blast cruising along Going-to-the-Sun Road — easily one of the highlights of our trip. The e-bikes were in great condition and made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend booking directly with them if you’re in the area. Kyle, we’ll definitely be back — thank you again for all your help and excellent customer service!

We rented foldable e-bikes, but we were told they are done with those for the season when we arrived. The bike path to West Glacier was closed when we crossed GTTSR, which was one of the two paths suggested to us. The other path is open past a gate, but a ranger was advising people to avoid the area due to high bear activity. We enjoyed biking, but we booked them for the full day and really only would have needed 4 hours. The workers were all very friendly!

Response from the owner:Thank you for your feedback, Alida. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding the e-bikes and the bike path closures during your visit. The GTSR is not open to bikes once it's open to cars during certain hours of the day as it would be to dangerous to ride on it which is why we advise people not to go on it and is also explained in detail on our website along with the booking details for the bike. We send a lot of people down the Inside Northfork road as the alternative along with several other routes to which can be an all day experience. My apologies if you were not clear on the specifics but we're glad you had a good time riding.

My daughter and I took an all day dirt bike tour with Kyle It was amazing. Kyle was amazing. He spent the time to make sure we each had a bike (as beginners) we were comfortable on, made sure we knew the basics and then we were off. Eight hours of single track in the Montana mountains. We rode to the top of the world, enjoyed the most beautiful views and had a time together we will never forget. We will be going back

Response from the owner:Thanks so much for your review! It was a blast hanging out with you two and ripping singletrack! Looking forward to it again and hopefully snowbiking!

We rented e-bikes to do Going-To-The-Sun Road before it opens for cars, and the staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating! They do a great job educating renters about the rentals before leaving, and do all of the loading/unloading for you—additionally, their equipment was high quality and stayed charged for our entire ride. Would definitely recommend! 😊

Our family of 6 loved every minute of biking Going to the Sun Road! Kyle and his staff were so helpful and kind answering my text messages and questions leading up to our booking date. Definitely put this activity on your “to-do” list while in Glacier if you have the opportunity to bike while the road is still closed- you won’t regret it!

I have always dreamed of a visit to Glacier National Park and this year it finally came true. I was coming with my wife and two boys, ages 25 and 22. We were arriving in early May 2025 and the Going to the Sun Road was not yet open for cars beyond the McDonald Lodge. The solution was easy; we needed to rent electric bikes. I made a list of all of the outfitters serving the park and started calling. The decision was easy after speaking to Kyle, the owner and his son, Dresden. They had folding bikes, full size bikes and bike racks. But more important was their knowledge and friendliness. They are also located inside the Park! After speaking to them I had no doubt these were the guys. I fully recommend to anyone visiting Glacier to use Flathead Outdoors. I would advise any family or friends to call Kyle and Dresden. This trip was probably once in a lifetime for me and it had to be perfect. It was perfect. Thank you Dan, Lora, Donny and Joshua Vogel

Response from the owner:Thank you so much for your kind words, Daniel! We are thrilled to hear that you and your family had a fantastic experience at Glacier National Park and that our electric bikes helped make your adventure memorable. Kyle and Dresden truly enjoy sharing their passion for the park and ensuring our customers have everything they need for a perfect trip. Your recommendation means the world to us, and we hope to welcome you back for more unforgettable experiences in the future!

Kyle & Jonathan are the best type of unique, one of a kind operators that are not only able to curate a tour by design, to showcase the best of the flathead valley & surrounds, but are also able to align a clients abilities to the dirtbike/kit to maximise the experience. Even though this review is a couple months delayed, my time spent with them both far exceeded my expectations with a bucket full of memories I took back with me to Australia which has me planning my next trip over. Keep up the great work lads, I wish you both all the successes that your work and life brings you - if only I could recommend you more!

Response from the owner:Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Phil! We’re thrilled to hear that you had such a memorable experience with Kyle and Jonathan. Your support means a lot to us, and we can’t wait to welcome you back for your next adventure! Safe travels until then!

A last minute decision to rent a couple of E-bikes to ride Going to the Sun road since it’s closed to cars made for an incredible day. While we couldn’t ride entirely up to Logan pass due to ice, we were able to do a little over 15 miles out from Avalanche. In my opinion, the only way to go! We could go as fast/slow as we wanted and take in the views along the way. Kyle was awesome to deal with- very responsive and took the time to give us all the details we needed for our day. Look forward to going back and doing this again.

Response from the owner:Thank you for sharing your experience, Beth! We're thrilled to hear that you had an incredible day riding E-bikes on Going to the Sun Road. It's great to know that Kyle was able to assist you and provide all the details you needed. We can't wait to have you back for another adventure!
