Kyle (Flathead Outdoors owner) saved our Glacier National Park Stay. We weren’t able to drive up Going To The Sun Rd due to flooding. We last minute decided to rent bikes to drive up and Kyle worked with us to get us his last two bikes for the day. We had an absolute blast! The E-Bikes were a way better option than a regular bike, they get you where you need to go 5x faster. Well worth it, and Kyle is a stand up guy. Rent from Flathead!!!

Kyle was so helpful getting us set up with E-bikes last second during our visit! The bikes were so much fun and easy to transport. Definitely a great addition to our trip!

We had a great experience renting e-bikes from Kyle and riding Going-to-the-Sun road in glacier. We were able to pick up the bikes late afternoon and return the next day with a bike rack provided. Easy with trailer hitch hook up. Bikes worked great. It was a blast!

We were traveling from across the country and wanted to ride into the mountains for our vacation. Kyle was super helpful, very responsive, and helped us figure out all our plans both while we were on the other side of the country (planning packing and gear) all the way to giving us routes to ride and informing us about the area. We definitely plan to come here again and try out the snow bike tours. We rented the Tenere 700, and our ride was in April while it was still pretty chilly so he lent us extra padding and protection for our hands and bodies from the cold. Very positive experience and would highly recommend if you're looking to rent bikes in Montana (we drove 3 hours to go to his shop)

Such a great experience! The e-bikes were amazing and such a fun way to see to-the-sun-road! Kyle is super personable and even brought us extra gloves for riding to stay warm. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and the toys he has to share! Highly recommend them and the e-bikes!

I hired Kyle to show me around the area. I’ve been riding dirt bikes lots back home and was unfamiliar with the layout in the flathead. Kyle chose great trails and gave me an excellent tour of the area. Highly recommended.

Outstanding customer service! We reserved the e- bikes at the Whitefish Army Navy. We were given a full demonstration. All questions and concerns were addressed prior to us leaving. We received two batteries each bike for going to the Sun Road. We had an incredible first e-bike experience. We highly recommend the bikes, the experience, and by far off the charts excellent customer service.

We had a blast! Kyle was super helpful, reasonable, and flexible. He made things very easy and and our rental experience was nice and smooth.The only thing I would say was that the ebikes were a bit squeaky. But we were able to get a lot of use out of them and they ran great. Having a backup battery included meant that we probably could have used them the whole day.I would also caution folks to be aware of the cancellation policy - if there needs to be a cancellation due to weather or something else not on your end, you only get store credit. This is kind of tough if you are vacationing from anywhere relatively far away.
